How to feel calm writing

This is how to be calm from when you are angry
First is how to recognise what being angry feels like

Angry feels like when your going to  run away some you cry
sometimes you don’t . After that you go to kit kat and calm
down you can also get a chat with the teacher with the need
a chat  

This is what you do when you get to kit kat
First you sit down  on the floor and turn the 5 minute
timer over. you can look out the window or look at the
wall. in kit kat you are not allowed to talk .kit kat is to
calm you down.when you are angry



My happy place

My happy place is with my friends  they are always there
for me . They always help me when ever  i need help i
also like watching netflix in my bed .


How i know when i am calm

 come out of my hiding spot

Calm sounds quiet calm looks relaxing and calm feels
like calm
